New Beginnings Construction & Design provides basement remodeling and finishing, bathrooms, kitchens, custom decks and coordinated residential improvements for homeowners in Armada and nearby northern Macomb County communities.
A finished basement can add a family room, recreation area, bathroom, office, bar, storage or flexible space without changing the footprint of the home. We plan around the existing structure, ceiling height, mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, access and the way you want the finished space to function.
Basement projects can include framing, insulation, drywall, recessed lighting, flooring, interior doors, trim, cabinetry, bathrooms and finish carpentry. Visit our basement remodeling service page for the full scope.

These are real New Beginnings project photos showing completed living space, custom built-ins, cabinetry, flooring, trim and other basement details. They are examples of our work and are not presented as a specific Armada project.
We look at utilities, structure, access, ceiling conditions, moisture concerns and how the space needs to work.
Major rooms, selections, finishes and project requirements are narrowed before construction whenever possible.
Scheduling, inspections, progress and changes stay part of the conversation throughout the project.
Not every project stops at the basement. Armada homeowners can also use New Beginnings for bathrooms, kitchens, decks, resurfacing, railings, stairs and other coordinated improvements.
Keeping related work with one contractor can simplify planning when a project touches several parts of the home or property.
