New Beginnings Construction & Design provides basement remodeling and finishing, bathrooms, kitchens, custom decks and coordinated residential improvements for homeowners in Imlay City and nearby Lapeer County communities.
A basement remodel can turn unused or unfinished space into a family room, recreation area, bathroom, office, bar or flexible living area. We plan the work around ceiling conditions, mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, storage, access and the way the finished space needs to function.
Our basement work can include framing, insulation, drywall, recessed lighting, flooring, interior doors, trim, cabinetry, bathrooms and finish carpentry. See our basement remodeling service for the complete scope.
Based nearby in Almont Township, New Beginnings serves Imlay City homeowners with both interior remodeling and outdoor construction projects.

We look at structure, utilities, ceiling conditions, access and the goals for the finished rooms.
Layout, materials, major selections and project requirements are narrowed before construction whenever possible.
Scheduling, progress, inspections and changes stay part of the conversation through completion.
